The EQPlus® debrief enables leaders to recognize beliefs and patterns they may never have examined and understand how those patterns are affecting their success. Once they can see what is driving their behavior, change can be surprisingly easy. Today, EQPlus® is used by coaches and consultants around the world.

That is why I developed the EQPlus® Motivation Profile, a proprietary diagnostic framework grounded in decades of research in emotional intelligence, human motivation, and behavioral science and co-created with Six Seconds. EQPlus® reveals how a leader’s underlying motivations and beliefs influence the way they think, decide, communicate, and lead. With that clarity, powerful growth can become surprisingly easy.
